Welcome to my website.
You have now taken the first step into inquiring about the process of therapy. I hope that these pages will answer some of your questions and give you information about my approach and my experience.
I am a strong believer in therapy. To me, it is as much about taking care of your self as a regular medical check-up would be. Medical check-ups provide you a window into your physical health and therapy can give you a glimpse into your emotional well-being and provide you with tools to manage your emotional health.
